Sonya “Sunny” Kozak
Patient ConciergeSunny joined Vein Specialists in 2008 and has significantly contributed to the mission of the practice. She provides general office and administrative support and is responsible for checking in patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and collecting/posting of patient accounts. She also serves as a liaison between Dr. Magnant and charity event directors, which Vein Specialists is proud to support. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Health Service Administration at Florida Gulf Coast University in Estero, Florida.
Her background in Psychology has given her a unique perspective on patience with and attentiveness to others, enabling her to more effectively relate to patients while working to ensure their experience at Vein Specialists is rewarding.
