Kelly joined Vein Specialists at the inception of the practice in June 2006. She has worked with Dr. Magnant for more than 6 years and has been a critical ingredient in the success of the practice since day one. She functions as a patient concierge and liaison, and is responsible for counseling patients on the coordination of diagnostic tests, follow-up appointments, physician referrals, and the scheduling of procedures. She is responsible for completing all pre-determination paperwork and obtaining procedural preauthorization from insurance companies. She also assists with reviewing coding and billing prior to submission of electronic claims. Kelly efficiently coordinates and manages provider schedules and a variety of other daily practice functions.

Cris joined Vein Specialists in 2009. She is an integral part in the accurate and efficient management of Vein Specialists accounts receivables. Blackman brings with her fifteen years of experience in medical billing and collections to Vein Specialists.
She is the prior owner of her own medical billing and consulting company, which specialized in the resolution and settling of existing accounts receivable. Her attention to detail ensures that the correct and clean submission of patient claims occurs on the front end, and that processing of patient statements and accurate posting of insurance monies occurs consistently. She is also responsible for verification of patient benefits, and for establishing and maintaining Vein Specialists' insurance credentialing. She is also well versed in HIPAA compliance and has consulted for many physicians and staff members in her tenure as a consultant. Cris holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Massachusetts.

Donna Bowman - Surgical Technician / Medical Assistant, R.N. joined Vein Specialists in 2007 . In addition to providing training for the clinical staff, she also serves the role of surgical technician and medical assistant. She is responsible for all aspects of patient care and her kind-hearted demeanor and positive attitude bring a fresh perspective to the day-to-day operations at Vein Specialists. Donna enjoys sharing her knowledge of venous disease and the current treatment options with patients to further educate them in the advancements of the specialty of Phlebology.
Donna is a graduate of East Carolina University's School of Nursing and prior to joining Vein Specialists, worked as a critical care nurse for eight years in Miami and Fort Myers.
