(compression hose, elevation, and anti-inflammatory pills like ibuprofen or
Advil), most procedures are considered medically necessary and will most likely
be authorized by insurance.

Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, WEB-TPA, Lee County Sheriff’s
Department, Humana, and most commercial Medicare replacement plans. A more
